Rakeback is a share of the margin, not a share of your stake

28 ranks, and the only thing that moves you up them is volume
Ranks run seven tiers deep — Beginner, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Emerald, Diamond, Legend — with four levels each, so 28 in total. There is no way to buy one and no way to be given one: the ladder reads your wagered volume and nothing else.
Your rank raises your rakeback share of the edge, your daily, weekly and monthly amounts, and pays a bonus the first time you reach it. Each level costs 1.6x the wagered volume of the one before, starting at 1,000,000 donuts, which puts the top rank somewhere around 340 billion wagered.
Claiming twice does not pay twice
Every claim window carries a period key, and the database holds a unique index on your account, the reward kind and that key. A double-click hits the constraint instead of paying out again — the protection is in the schema, not in the button.
Common questions
Do I have to request rakeback?
No. It accrues from your own play automatically and waits in the Rewards Vault until you claim it. It is not a promotion and nobody has to approve it.
Does losing earn rakeback?
Yes. Rakeback is calculated from wagered volume, so a settled bet counts whether it won or lost.
Can I lose a rank?
